Connectors for Thermocouples & RTDs

At Eustis/Pyrocom, we supply top-quality thermocouple connectors and RTD connectors. Each thermocouple and RTD connector are rated for specific temperatures and features various design characteristics that provide advantages depending on the application. Styles of connectors for thermocouples and RTDs include:

• Standard thermocouple connectors are rated to 425°F (218°C)
• Heavy-duty pins prevent reverse mating of polarity. Contacts are made of thermocouple materials that meet ASTM and ANSI standards.
• RTD Connectors are available in miniature plug connectors, and jacks (female connectors) are spring-loaded to ensure firm mating with the plug.
• Jab-In thermocouple connectors are designed to install into the connector without opening the screw cover.
• High-temperature thermocouple connectors are rated to 800°F (425°C) continuous and 1000°F (540°C) intermittent.

Fittings & Panel Jacks for Thermocouples & RTDs

We also manufacture and distribute various styles of thermocouple fittings and panel jacks. Panel jacks are designed to be mounted onto control panels and can be wired entirely from the front. Fittings and panel jacks at Eustis/Pyrocom include:

• Single Circuit Jack Panel: Designed to be mounted into panels up to 3/16" (5mm) thick & withstands temperatures up to 425°F (218°C).
• Miniature Single Circuit Jack Panel: Fits into 11/16" knockout & withstands temperatures up to 425°F (218°C).
• Molded Multi-Circuit Panels: Molded in glass-filled thermoset compound for high strength; available in standard and high-temperature options.
• Barrier Terminal Strips: TS Phenolic barrier terminal strip features closed-back construction designed to make connections within a control panel or cabinet.
• Thermocouple Spade Lugs: Fits wire sizes up to 18 AWG or .047" (1.2mm).
• Thermocouple Terminal Links: Terminal links are made from thermocouple-compensated alloys and are designed to fit on barrier strips.
