MW Industrial assemblies feature sheathed MgO thermocouples and are designed to mate with a thermowell.  Typical assemblies include a spring loaded feature to ensure contact with the well bottom.  Nipples and a pipe union and are mated with connection heads to protect the sensor from dirt and moisture. These assembles allow for replacement of the thermocouple while the wells are in place.  Probes are available in ASTM E 230 type J, K, T or N in .125”, .188” or .250” diameters and 304, 310, 316 stainless steel or alloy 600 sheath materials.
