RE Style Tube and wire RTDs are economical and are used in a variety of applications including commercial food equipment to laboratory testing.  The sheath material is 316 stainless steel and is rated to 204°C or 500°F (260°C) single use temperature.  Fiberglass wire is rated to 900°F (480°C).
