RB rubber bushing is seated in the entrance of the connector and prevents moisture and dirt from entering in the connector body.  Made of silicon rubber it can withstand temperatures to 392°F (200°C).  It has limited strain relief capability; an optional wire clamp may be used in addition for optimum strain relief.
